Laser Cut Nets - James Cooke

These are the nets that I have created for the laser cutter to cut...

This first net is for the packaging that you would recieve when you by a DECE product from their website, i created the box to be a simple shpe but also to waste as little materials as possible, the boxes that you recieve through the post would contain the extra promotional materials like a mini poster and sticker to connect you more to the DECE community that we are creating.

This is a hanger design for the hats. We found whilst doing some market research that when a hat has a simple plastic tag that hangs the hat that when people try on the hat they get pulled out and damaged, which can make a hat unsellable, so I created this simple design where the hook hangs outside the the top of the hat and the second piece is inside the hat and maintains the shape and will prevent damage to the hat.

This will be created with the same thick (3mm) cardboard that the tag will be made with so that it is strong enough to hold the hat on a rail but not over engineered to waste materials, and will use the same kind of card as the packaging with the natural organic look and colour.

This is a net created for the logo to be etched into a thick piece of cardboard and used as a clothing tag, on the back of the clothing tag will be a QR code to direct the person who purchases the hat to the website so they can find out more for themselves about the ethical side of the hat... if they choose to.
