This is the hanger that we have designed to hang the hats.
We found during our market research that hats that are hung with a
simple plastic tag tend to get damaged when people try the hats on, and once a
hat is damaged the shop can no longer sell the hat, so we have created this
hanger which has the ability to stop the hook getting pulled out and also has
the ability to keep the shape of the hat when hung.
We chose to also keep this design simple, creating it with the thick 3mm
cardboard so that it is strong enough to stay hung, but not over engineered and
waste materials. We have also printed our DECE logo pattern onto the hanger to
tie it into our other Structural designs.
