We have created this 3D head form as a piece of display.
We wanted to make sure that when our hats are shown inside a shop that
they appeal to people better than any other hat sold in that store, and we came
up with the idea to create an adaptation on the idea of a mannequins head that
would be able to wear a DECE hat and be shown in a shop window or at point of
sale.
Created using our DECE logo pattern, in the same natural looking organic
paper used in other parts of the packaging created for DECE. Made by connecting
equilateral triangles together and putting the spherical shape onto a base to
provide stability when wearing a DECE hat.
We may have also chosen to use this Mannequin head to display the
different hats on the website, we think that the hats shown on the website would
look much better if they were displayed on a head rather than laid flat, this
is because it gives the person who may buy a hat a better idea of what It will
look like.
